Medical certificate 

You can download this medical certificate and return it either by post (Association Occitane 6666, 10 rue de Fabier VAILHAN 34320 FRANCE) or by email with this formular.

You can provide a  medical certificate of non-contra indication to the practice of running in competition, or the from an other ultra trail, less than one year to the date of the race.

This medical certificate has to be sent before June 2015, the 1st. Otherwise, the organization will cancel your registration.
