RULES OF RACING


1 Membership and Insurance
The organizers are covered by an insurance policy liability owed ​​to Groupama .
Each competitor must be undertaken regularly.

2 Registration

The trail "the Roquebrune " is open to unlicensed runners, cadets, juniors, hopes, seniors and veterans.

The participant must submit a complete application form.
This file includes :
* Registration and online payment (12 €) , constitute acceptance of the regulation.

The registration fee for the " Roquebrune " is 12 € .

3 Participation
The trail " of Roquebrune " Semi Auto - sufficiency.
1 refueling point and water.
The participation of each registered competitor in these events is subject to the following conditions:
* No hardware required . It is advisable to take along a bottle cage with a water reserve in case of heat and a cap.
* Respect for signs and other riders.
* Respect the Rules .

* Bibs: The numbers provided by the organization must be worn during the race , clearly visible on the front or the front of the thigh. They carry the phone number of the PC running and SDIS .

4 Bib pick
The numbers are to be removed :
> For ROQUEBRUN , Thursday, May 29 hour to be defined , Friday, May 30th hour to be defined, and Saturday, May 31st hour to be defined on the esplanade Farret .

A deposit of € 10 (cash only) will be required for the chip and made upon arrival.
Before the tests , the 6666 Association Occitane keeps participants informed of the following:

5 Pre-race briefing
Just before departure, a final briefing will be held to remind participants :
* The safety ,
* Any other information that the organizer deems necessary to communicate.

This briefing shall not exceed 15 minutes. However, if new and important elements to be communicated to competitors and claim their attention , such as last minute changes to the original route , the departure is delayed and a special briefing organized in order to ensure perfect listening to all competitors.

6 Departure
Departure is from the esplanade Farret in Roquebrun, hour to be defined.

Participants must attend the appeal chamber 15 minutes before the starting time set by the organizing committee. This schedule is broadcast by display when removing bibs way Saturday, May 31st, 2014.

7 Reasons for disqualification
* Non- assistance to a person in danger. Competitors must help and support, and prevent emergency.

8 Withdrawals
Except in cases of injury , riders must reach the point of relief or supply to abort. They should inform the responsible position that nullify their bib number. However, participants will retain their bib care.

9 Complaints
The jury is the sole judge of the proper conduct of the tests. It is composed of the race director , the head of security, members , representatives of the riders.

10 Change of the course and time barriers, cancellation of the race
If weather poses a threat to the safety of riders and volunteers (heavy rainfall , dense fog, risk storms, fires ... ), the organization reserves the right to alter without notice the course (course withdrawal).
The start may be delayed up to three hours and will be canceled if weather conditions do not improve.
If the start is given and the race must be stopped , no refund can be claimed with the organization.

11 Included in the registration fee :
The refreshments , departure/arrival gift, cares.

Are not included in the registration fee :
The meal after the race. Competitors and accompanying persons may purchase tickets for the meal after - running on the spot , 10 € , subject to availability.

12 Rankings and Awards
All finishers are classified. An overall male and female ranking and by male and female category are established.
Are rewarded with a trophy and a prize: the first three men and first three women, the first three in each class men and women (Cadet , Junior , Hope, Senior , Veteran 1 , 2, 3 , 4) without accumulation possible.

13 Rights in the image and respect of Regulation
By registering on the site or on-site , the rider agrees to comply with the regulations in their entirety and waive their rights to the image. He can not claim any financial cons - part images taken from him before, during and after the races and their use by the organization and its partners.

14 Anti Doping Control
All competitors may be subject to an anti doping control before departure or arrrivée .

1 Home of the different actors of the race
At ROQUEBRUN : at the entrance of Roquebrun , the organizing committee set up a route for accessing different parking (car park riders , parking organization).

2 Accommodation

3 Restoration
A dining room for the arrival is installed. Competitors and accompanying persons may purchase meal tickets, Friday, June 1, at the bibs pick up, and Saturday, May 31st, at the rate of € 10 , subject to availability.

4 Showers
The showers of Campotel are made ​​available to participants upon presentation of bib ( for competitors who do not stay in Campotel or Camping Roquebrun ).

5 Village Exhibitors
