Where can you see the runners

. At the LAKE OF the SALAGOU : departure of the Big Occitan Raid in the boating center.

. OR In LIAUSSON : take D156.

. In MOURÈZE : take back the direction of Clermont l' Hérault, then Bédarieux by D32E. ~ 15 minutes

. At VILLENEUVETTE, in the village, or at the parking on the route D15 before the ascent in the Peak of Vissou. 5 minutes since Mourèze.

. At the PEAK OF VISSOU : only by the track the access of which is on D908 between Clermont l' Hérault and Bédarieux. Access forbids spectators' vehicles by the parking lot of the D15 ( dust).

. BRIDGE on D124, between Cabrières and Valmascle. In the entrance of Cabrières, take to the right Valmascle. Very short since Vissou.

. THE CROZES: D124E4. In the village. 10 minutes since the bridge of D124. Narrow road disadvised for campers. Take then the direction of Neffiès, then Vailhan. 25 minutes since Crozes.

· In VAILHAN : Provisioning for Grand Raid Occitan runners and departure of 6666 Occitane runners. Square of the City hall and at the foot of the dam of Olivettes.

· In MONTESQUIEU : since VAILHAN, 6 km, ~ 10 minutes. Direction GABIAN, then to the right, direction MONTESQUIEU - MAS ROLLAND D 146. Parking lot in the entrance of the indicated village. Attention: narrow road, disadvised in campers.

· In FAUGÈRES : in the provisioning. Parking lot to the right, in 300 m of the entrance of the village, the room Bacchus. From VAILHAN: 18 km, ~ 20 minutes. From MONTESQUIEU: 17 km and ~ 20 minutes. Direction GABIAN then FAUGÈRES D 13 (for campers , recommended direction : by ROUJAN, then GABIAN and FAUGÈRES, by D 13).

Accompaniment of the runners on 1,5 km authorized up to mills.

· In SOUMARTRE : in the village.From FAUGÈRES: 6 km, ~ 10 minutes. Direction BÉDARIEUX, then SOUMARTRE by D 146.

· In LAMALOU les Bains : in the provisioning place of the City hall and the Casino. From FAUGÈRES: 12 km, ~ 15 minutes. Direction HÉRÉPIAN by D 909, then LAMALOU, by D 908. From SOUMARTRE: 12 km, ~ 20 minutes. Idem.

· In COMBES : in the village. LAMALOU - COMBES: 9 km, ~ 20 minutes. Direction OLARGUES by D 908, in the POUJOL sur ORB, rise to the right towards COMBES, D 180. Attention: narrow road, disadvised to campers.

· In COLOMBIERES sur ORB : in the provisioning, the parking lot on the right, the direction city hall. ATTENTION ON the RUNNERS. LAMALOU-COLOMBIÈRES: 10 km, ~ 10 minutes. Direction OLARGUES by D 908. COMBES - COLOMBIÈRES: 13 km, ~ 20 minutes. Direction the POUJOL, then idem.

· In MONS la TRIVALLE : in the provisioning. Take to the right towards center village, then 1st to the right, and continue quite straight ahead on 1,5 km towards leisure center.COLOMBIÈRES - MONS : 5 km, ~ 5 minutes. Direction OLARGUES.

· In OLARGUES : in the provisioning, the room of the city hall, the spot parking lot. MONS - OLARGUES : 7 km, ~ 8 minutes.

Accompaniment of the runners authorized on 7 km, up to the foot of NAUDECH.

· In VIEUSSAN : in the provisioning, the room of the city hall. ATTENTION ON THE RUNNERS. OLARGUES-VIEUSSAN: 12 km, ~ 15 minutes. Direction BEDARIEUX on 7 km, and to the right in the Bridge of TARASSAC D 14, direction( VIEUSSAN, ROQUEBRUN, BEZIERS by valley of ROQUEBRUN.

· To ROQUEBRUN : arrival, esplanade Farret. Parking lot on the base of canoes. VIEUSSAN-ROQUEBRUN: 9 km, ~ 12 minutes. Direction ROQUEBRUN D 14. ATTENTION ON THE RUNNERS at the stop.
